How to Join Us in France

A few simple steps to your dream retreat:

1. Select your room preference
   TWIN SHARING (per person): €3000 for a shared double room (ideal for couples or friends)
   SOLE OCCUPANT: €3640 for a private room

2. Reserve your place – Pay your deposit to secure your spot!
   We understand that paying the full amount upfront may not be feasible for everyone, so we’re offering the option to pay a DEPOSIT of €500 now and the remaining balance in INSTALLMENTS at a later date.
   This way you can secure your reservation without having to worry about paying everything all at once!

   Within 36 hours, we’ll send you:

   ✔ Booking confirmation and invoice
   ✔ Email to discuss payment schedule for the remaining balance
   
   In the upcoming months, we’ll send you:

   ✔ Packing list and helpful tips for your trip
   ✔ Private WhatsApp group invitation
   ✔ Airport transfer information and travel support

SHARED TWIN ROOM

A cosy and comfortable room perfect for friends travelling together or couples who wish to share their experience!

Each room has its own private bathroom and toilet and includes:

• High-quality bedding and bath linen

• Organic or natural shower gel, shampoo and hand soap

One of the ground-floor rooms is accessible to guests with reduced mobility (please, specify that during reservation).

A little note about the rooms:
Each room at the villa has its own charm and character! The photos are representative examples to give you a feel for the accommodation, but they may not show the exact room you will be allocated. To ensure a smooth and fair arrangement for all guests, specific room selection is not available. Room allocation will be arranged by the retreat hosts and communicated closer to the retreat date.

• How do I reserve my place?

  To secure your place, you simply need to select your preferred room option and pay the €500 deposit. Once your payment is received, your reservation will be confirmed and we will send you all the information you need to prepare for the retreat.

• Can I pay in installments?

  Yes! We understand that paying the full amount upfront may not be convenient, so we offer a flexible installment plan.

  After your deposit is paid, we will send you an email to arrange a personalised payment schedule for the remaining balance. The full amount must be paid 90 days before the start of the retreat.

• Is the deposit refundable?

  Unfortunately, the €500 deposit is non-refundable as it allows us to confirm your accommodation, activities, and arrangements with our partners.

• How can I pay the remaining balance?

  After your deposit has been paid, we will send you an email to arrange your personalised payment schedule for the remaining balance.

  Depending on your preferences, we will provide you with the available payment options and the instructions needed to complete your payments.

  We accept the following payment methods:

  Credit or Debit Card
  You can securely pay online using your credit or debit card through Stripe. Major card providers are accepted, and all payments are processed through a secure encrypted payment system.

  Bank Transfer
  Bank transfer payments are also available and highly recommended to avoid extra charges. After booking, we will provide you with the necessary bank details and payment instructions.

  Please note that any transaction fees, bank charges, or currency conversion costs related to your payment are the responsibility of the guest. The full amount due must be received by us in euros (€).

  PayPal
  PayPal payments may also be available upon request. Any PayPal fees or additional charges associated with this payment method must be covered by the guest.
